INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1992 - SECT 40
Appointment of members(1) The members of the Commission are to be appointed by the Governor - General.
(2) A member may be appointed on a full - time or a part - time basis.
(3) A member holds office on such terms and conditions (if any)
in respect of matters not provided for by this Act as the Minister determines.
