Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, at any time, by notice published in the Gazette , revoke a permanent restraining order or a divestment order.
(2) The Minister must not revoke a permanent restraining order or divestment order if the Minister is satisfied that it would be contrary to the public interest to do so.
