Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Act, if a person gives a notice to the Minister stating that the person has or proposes to acquire an option to acquire shares or assets, the notice has effect as if it included a statement that the person proposes to acquire the shares or assets.
