INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 92G
Application by APRA for instructions to judicial trustee(1) APRA may apply to the Federal Court for an order that the Federal Court give instructions to the judicial trustee relating to the conduct of the judicial trusteeship of a designated security trust fund.
(2) The judicial trustee is entitled to be heard on the application.
(3) A party to the fund's trust deed is entitled to be heard
on the application.
