INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 83
Person may be represented by a legal practitionerA barrister or solicitor acting for a person being examined by an authorised person or the inspector:
(a) may attend the examination; and
(b) may, to the extent that the authorised person or the inspector allows:
(i) address the authorised person or the inspector; or
in relation to matters in respect of which the authorised person
or the inspector has questioned the person.
