INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 30
General insurer or authorised NOHC ceasing to exist(1) If APRA is satisfied that a general insurer or authorised NOHC has ceased to exist, APRA must ensure that notice of that fact is published in the Gazette .
(2) The authorisation under section 12 or 18 (as the case
may be) of the insurer or NOHC is taken to be revoked when the Gazette notice
is published.
