INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 17H
Costs of actuary's report(1) When a scheme is confirmed, the body corporate that applied for the confirmation becomes liable to pay to the Commonwealth an amount equal to the expenses reasonably incurred by APRA in obtaining a report under section 17D in relation to the scheme.
(2) An amount due under subsection (1) may be recovered
by the Commonwealth as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
