INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 17A
Interpretation A reference in this Division to a body corporate affected by a
scheme is a reference to a body corporate that is a party or proposed party to
an agreement or deed by which the transfer or amalgamation provided for by the
scheme is, or is to be, carried out.
