INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 103J

    A contravention of:

  (a)   section   103E or subsection   103F(1) or 103G(1); or

  (b)   section   103H or regulations made for the purposes of that subsection;

does not affect the validity of a recapitalisation direction or anything done in compliance with the direction.
