INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 102
Laws about accounts or accounting records It is the intention of the Parliament that this Act shall not
apply to the exclusion of a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory
in so far as that law makes provision with respect to accounts or accounting
records of a body corporate.
