Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn any proceeding for an offence against this Act, a certificate by the Minister stating that a place specified in the certificate is a place:
(a) in Australian waters;
(b) in Australian waters or waters above the continental shelf of Australia;
(ba) in State waters; or
(c) in a specified protected zone;
is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
