HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION ACT 1986 - SECT 46AC

Corporate plans to be given to Minister

                   As soon as practicable after the Commission prepares or revises a corporate plan, it must give a copy of the plan to the Minister.
