HONEY LEGISLATION (REPEAL AND AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 - SECT 9
Pending proceedings
If, immediately before 1 January 1993, proceedings to which the Board was a
party were pending in any court or before any tribunal, the Corporation is, by
force of this section, substituted for the Board as a party to the
proceedings.
