HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT (PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REVIEW) ACT 1999 - SECT 2
Commencement
- (1)
- Sections 1, 2 and 3 commence on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.
- (2)
- Items 8 and 27 of Schedule 1 commence on 1 November 1999 or
the first day of the month immediately following the month in which this Act
receives the Royal Assent, whichever is the later.
- (3)
- The remaining items of
Schedule 1 commence on the first day of the month immediately following the
month in which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
- (4)
- In this section:
"month" means one of the 12 months of a calendar year.
