HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 89
When Director must review(a) the Chief Executive Medicare makes a request (the current request ) to the Director to review the provision of services by a person; and
(b) the Director decided not to undertake a review in relation to the most recent previous request made by the Chief Executive Medicare in relation to the person;
the Director must undertake a review in relation to the current request, and
subsections 88A(4) to (6) and section 88B apply as if the
Director had decided to undertake the review.
