HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 4A

    The regulations may prescribe a table of pathology services that sets out the following:

  (a)   items of pathology services;

  (b)   the amount of fees applicable in respect of each item;

  (c)   rules for interpretation of the table.
