HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 130J

    Nothing contained in a law of a State or a Territory, or in the general law, operates to prevent a person from:

  (a)   giving information; or

  (b)   producing a document; or

  (c)   giving evidence;

that the person is required, or authorised, to give or produce under a provision of this Act.
