HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 124EC
Provision of information to the person in relation to whom a Committee is convened(a) a Committee has been established under section 124E; and
(b) a Departmental employee (within the meaning of the Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973 ) gives to the Committee, or to the Chairperson, information for the purpose of assisting the Committee in making a determination in relation to a person;
the Chief Executive Medicare must, at or about the same time, give to the
person a copy of the information.
