HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 106ZH
Panel member's terms and conditions of appointment(1) A Panel member holds office on a part - time basis.
(2) A Panel member holds office on such other terms and
conditions (in respect of matters not provided for in this Act) as are
determined in the instrument of appointment.
