Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA higher education provider must by writing inform the Minister of any event affecting:
(a) the provider; or
(b) a * related body corporate of the provider;
that relates to:
(c) the provider's authority to accredit * courses of study leading to * higher education awards; or
(d) the accreditation by a * government accreditation authority, of such courses offered by the provider.
