HIGHER EDUCATION SUPPORT ACT 2003 - SECT 19.12

Minister to have regard to financial information

                   In determining whether a higher education provider is financially viable, and likely to remain so, the Minister must have regard to any financial statement provided by the provider under section 19‑10.
