Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A body corporate may apply in writing to the Minister for approval as a higher education provider.
(2) The application:
(a) must be in the form approved by the Minister; and
(b) must be accompanied by such information as the Minister requests.
