Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In addition to the functions of the Medicare Australia CEO under the Medicare Australia Act 1973 , the Medicare Australia CEO has such additional functions as are conferred on the Medicare Australia CEO under this Act.
(2) Anything done by or on behalf of the Medicare Australia CEO in the performance of such additional functions is taken, for all purposes, to have been done in the performance of his or her functions under the Medicare Australia Act 1973 .
