HEALTH AND OTHER SERVICES (COMPENSATION) ACT 1995 - SECT 13

                   If:

                     (a)  a period of 6 months has elapsed since the claim for compensation was made; and

                     (b)  a reimbursement arrangement in relation to the claim is or was made after the end of that period;

the person who is liable to reimburse the claimant under the arrangement must, within 28 days after the arrangement is made, give to the Medicare Australia CEO written notice of the arrangement.
