Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent or 1 July 1996, whichever is the later.
