HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 1989 - SECT 6

Payments to be made out of money appropriated

             (1)  Payments under this Act are to be made out of money appropriated, whether by this Act or another Act, for the purpose of making them.

             (2)  An authorisation of a grant is subject to the appropriation of sufficient money to make the grant.
