HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 1989 - SECT 14

             (1)  Where the money appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose of making payments under this Act in a grant year exceeds $456,504,000, the Minister may approve payments in that year of such amounts as the Minister determines, not exceeding $100,000, for the purpose of research, development and evaluation in relation to housing assistance.

             (2)  A payment is to be made on terms and conditions determined by the Minister.
