GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000 - SECT 184
Application for protection of confidential commercial information(1) A person may apply to the Regulator for a declaration that specified information to which this Act relates is confidential commercial information for the purposes of this Act.
(2) An application under subsection ( 1) must be in
writing in the form approved by the Regulator.
