GROWTH CENTRES (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 - SECT 14

                   Where moneys have been paid or advanced to a State under this Act in respect of expenditure for purposes of acquiring any land, the State shall ensure that the land so acquired shall be used only in accordance with the relevant approved program or for such other purpose as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, approves.
