GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 8B

    The CEO is not subject to direction by the Authority in relation to the CEO's performance of functions, or exercise of powers, under:

  (a)   the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 ; or

  (b)   the Public Service Act 1999;

in relation to the Authority.
