GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 53
Annual report The annual report prepared by the CEO and given to the Minister
under section 46 of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must
include particulars of all directions given by the Minister during the period
under subsection 7(2) or 46(2) of this Act.
