GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 52
Amounts paid by Queensland If, under an agreement referred to in paragraph 7(1)(cc),
amounts are paid by Queensland to the Authority for the purpose of the
management, protection or maintenance of the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage
Area, the Authority must expend those amounts in accordance with that
agreement and not otherwise.
