GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 4A

                   Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.

Note 1:       However, Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against this Act: see subsection 64(8) of this Act.

Note 2:       Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
