GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 39Q

                   A holder of a chargeable permission must not refuse, or fail, when and as required under regulations made for the purposes of this Division to do so, to give any information or return to the Authority.

Penalty:  40 penalty units.
