GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 39F
Payment of charge by instalments(1) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the payment of charge, or different parts of the same charge, by instalments.
(2) If the regulations so provide, charge is due and payable
accordingly.
