GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 39E
When charge due for payment(1) Charge is due and payable at such time as is ascertained in accordance with the regulations.
(2) The regulations may provide that different parts of the same charge are due and payable at different times.
(3) The regulations may provide that charge is due and payable
at different times for visitors and holders of chargeable permissions.
