GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 39D
Chargeable permission held jointly--joint and several liability of holders
If 2 or more persons (the holders ) are liable to pay the same charge because
a chargeable permission is held by them jointly, the holders are jointly and
severally liable to pay the charge.
