GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 38DE
Pollution - related approval For the purposes of subparagraphs 38DD(8)(c)(ii),
38EA(7)(c)(ii) and 38EB(3)(c)(ii), the Authority may approve a proposed
discharge of waste from a vessel, aircraft or platform if the Authority is
satisfied that the discharge is for the purpose of combating a specific
incident of pollution in order to minimise the damage from pollution.
