GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK ACT 1975 - SECT 11

Period of appointment of members of Authority

             (1)  A member shall be appointed for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment.
