Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Official Secretary may at any time, by notice in writing given to a person employed under section 13, terminate the person's employment.
(2) A person employed by the Official Secretary under section 13 may at any time, by notice in writing given to the Official Secretary, terminate the person's employment.
