FINANCIAL TRANSACTION REPORTS ACT 1988 - SECT 24A
Definitions"bullion transaction" means a transaction (other than an exempt transaction) in relation to bullion.
"exempt transaction" , in relation to bullion, means a transaction in relation
to bullion in respect of which an exemption is in force under section
24B.
