Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person in relation to whom a reviewable decision is made, may, if dissatisfied with the decision, request APRA to reconsider the decision.
(2) The request must:
(a) be made by notice in writing; and
(b) be given to APRA within:
(i) the period of 21 days after the day on which the decision first comes to the notice of the person; or
(ii) within such further period as APRA allows; and
(c) set out the reasons for making the request.
