FOOD STANDARDS AUSTRALIA NEW ZEALAND ACT 1991 - SECT 60

Preparing a draft food regulatory measure or draft variation

                   After assessing a proposal, the Authority must:

                     (a)  prepare in writing a draft food regulatory measure or a draft variation of a food regulatory measure; or

                     (b)  abandon the proposal.
