Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority may abandon a proposal at any time.
(2) However, if the Authority abandons a proposal after public notice has been given under section 58 or 77, the Authority must give public notice of the matters mentioned in subsection (3).
(3) The notice must:
(a) state that the Authority has decided to abandon the proposal; and
(b) state how to obtain further information about the decision and the reasons for it.
