FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 1997 - SECT 13

Money not to be withdrawn from official account without authority

                   An official must not withdraw money from an official account except as authorised by the regulations.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 2 years.

Note:          Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
