FEDERAL MAGISTRATES ACT 1999 - SECT 74

Orders

             (1)  An order of the Federal Magistrates Court must:

                     (a)  be in writing; or

                     (b)  be reduced to writing as soon as practicable.

             (2)  An order of the Federal Magistrates Court may be authenticated in a manner specified in the Rules of Court.
