Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the parties to proceedings in the Federal Magistrates Court have reached agreement about a matter in dispute in the proceedings, the Federal Magistrates Court or a Federal Magistrate may, on application by the parties, make an order in the terms of the agreement.
