FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 93
Offences in relation to returns etc.(1) A holder of a fish receiver permit must not refuse or fail to give a return or information that the person is required to give under section 92 or under regulations made for the purposes of that section.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
