FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 159

    A person must not:

  (a)   obstruct or hinder the Panel or a member in the performance of the functions of the Panel; or

  (b)   disrupt the taking of evidence by the Panel.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 6 months.
