FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 145
Arrangements for hearing of application(1) If an application is made to the Panel for review of a decision, the Principal Member must fix the date, time and place for the hearing of the application.
(2) The Principal Member must give to each party to a proceeding
before the Panel written notice of the date, time and place fixed for the
hearing of the application.
